Brand and Website for Tiny Steps: Supporting New Moms and Little Movers in Northern Colorado

The first year of a baby’s life is full of questions. Is this normal? Should I be doing something differently? Who can I ask? Angie Rotner, the infant physical therapist behind Tiny Steps, is the expert many new parents wish they had on speed dial. She works with children from birth to walking, and designing her logo and website for her growing private practice was a meaningful project. FernTree created the website designed to reach families in Northern Colorado.

The Goal

Angie offers concierge, in-home infant physical therapy and hosts free meet-ups where new moms can ask a PT their questions and meet each other. Her brand needed to feel warm, trustworthy, and approachable for parents in a tender, tiring season. Her website needed to make it easy to learn about her services, find events, and reach out. And as her practice grows, parents across Northern Colorado need to be able to find her.

The Work

  • A logo and brand identity. Tiny Steps is a name that says it all: small beginnings, big milestones. I created a logo and look that feel gentle and encouraging while still professional enough to earn a parent’s trust.

  • Photography from real sessions. FernTree photographed Angie at work in real sessions with real infants. Parents can see what an in-home visit actually looks like, how gentle and playful the work is, and how Angie connects with little ones, instead of seeing stock photos.

  • A website for new parents. Clear pages explain Angie’s in-home infant PT and her free community meet-ups, so a tired parent can quickly find what they need and see how to get started.

  • RSVP for events. Angie hosts meet-ups in Fort Collins, Windsor, and Loveland. Moms can now RSVP right on the site, and Angie can see who’s coming and plan accordingly.

  • Business cards and print marketing. The brand carries into the real world with business cards and other printed materials Angie can hand out at events, share with partners, and leave with the people who need her.

  • Local SEO. Page titles, descriptions, headings, and structured data were refined around Fort Collins, Windsor, Loveland, and the surrounding area, so parents searching for infant physical therapy nearby can find her.

  • Ready for AI search. Parents increasingly ask tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google’s AI Overviews for recommendations. Clear, well-organized content and machine-readable details about Angie’s services and service area help those tools understand and accurately represent her practice.

  • Tiny Steps asset - designed to be an addition to the website mirroring the logo.
  • Angie Rotner working with an infant on tracking

Building a community, one meet-up at a time

New motherhood can be isolating. Angie’s free meet-ups give moms a place to ask an expert their questions and to find other moms in the same stage of life. I wanted the website to make those gatherings easy to find and join, with the date, location, and RSVP in one place.

Care that comes to you

Angie’s concierge in-home infant PT brings support into the comfort of a family’s own space, with sessions tailored to each infant. Accessibility and long waits are a big deal for new parents, and accessibility is at the heart of her practice. The site is designed to explain it simply, so families can see what to expect and take the first step with confidence.

The result

A brand and website that feel as caring and capable as Angie herself. Parents can find her, learn what she offers, and RSVP to an event in a few clicks, and she has the print and digital tools she needs to keep growing her practice.
